Unfortunately we were not at the hotel long enough to fully enjoy this marvellous facility. It is definitely the place to stay if you are looking for upmarket accommodation. It provides an excellent breakfast with many unexpected choices, the rooms are spacious and luxurious with the ensuite as big as the main room itself with three separate areas

Excellent staff; always willing to help. This hotel is located a couple of blocks from the Plaza de Armas, don't let this discourage you from staying here. Plaza de Armas could be a noisy place, especially on weekends, so if you're looking for a place where you can relax this is the place for you. Great place to relax after a day of exploring Cuzco.
Accommodations are clean, spacious, nicely decorated and comfortable; The breakfast selection is outstanding: home made cheeses, desserts, breads..

Everything was superb at Palacio del Inka. First off, when we arrived the front desk upgraded us from our booked room to a Junior Suite which included a balcony on the courtyard. After an incident with our laundry, the hotel management did everything to make up for the mistake. Our impression of the hotel and its staff and management was already very good before this incident but the highly professional and courteous way how our complaint was handled was simply amazing. The service mentality of the staff and management of this hotel is certainly world class and should be a benchmark for many other hotels which call themselves luxury hotels.

We stayed in this hotel for 1 night prior to walking the Inca trail and one night afterwards. The hotel was warm and comfortable, clean and surprisingly spacious. It has cute little open air courtyards amongst the stairways leading to the rooms. After hiking for 4 days, it was a perfect hotel to come back to with a warm shower and large comfy beds to sleep in.
Breakfast consisted of a buffet of cereals, fruit, bread, yogurt and cakes with a choice of 4 juices. You could also request cooked egg

The position of the hotel meant a pleasant 15 minute walk up from the town but once there the views the terrace were excellent and well worth the effort. The staff were outstanding in every way. You could eat at the hotel at any time and the evening meal we had was superb. -

We thought the rooms were great -good size, nice beds and really clean. We had a lovely room with a balcony and a view of the market opposite. We had a lovely breakfast each morning -which we all enjoyed. There was a bit of a walk to the Plaza de Armas, but we didn't mind b/c the hotel was well proud and very comfortable. -

Thank you. Your hotel was my home away from home and I always looked forward after a tiring day of tours to come back there and relax. The ambience is warm, friendly and inviting. I love all the little touches of decore that goes into making it a boutique hotel and the staff are warm and friendly.

Staff was amazingly accommodating. On our last day they surprised my husband with a cake for his birthday without any prompting from me! He was thrilled. Also the staff at the front desk was so helpful with issues we had at out next hotel, they went above and beyond to help us out. A perfectly run establishment that should not be missed. Also the breakfast spread was wonderful.
