This beautiful old place has been transformed in a very confortable and design hotel, with good taste along with respect of the original architecture.
The bedrooms are very quiet with double doors (the original ones and new ones), the bathrooms are renovated as well, which is not always the case in historic buildings.

The hotel is located in the historic center of Cusco, a few steps from the Plaza de Armas and the Catedral. The room was spacious and clean, the reception friendly the service very helpful, the breakfast good, TV and internet are excellent. It was a really enjoyable stay.

We thought the rooms were great -good size, nice beds and really clean. We had a lovely room with a balcony and a view of the market opposite. We had a lovely breakfast each morning -which we all enjoyed. There was a bit of a walk to the Plaza de Armas, but we didn't mind b/c the hotel was well proud and very comfortable. -

Torre Dorada was a great find at the end of our long trip to South America. It is very close to the historical part of Cusco and they even provide free shuttle to the main square and back as well as pick up and drop off at the airport. The breakfast buffet was fresh and plentiful. Very clean rooms and a comfy bed.

The facilities and staff is excellent. I would like to share my experience. My card was stuck in the ATM at the hotel. The manager went out of the way to help me resecure the card within the day. The staff is very helpful to plan the tours also.
Overall a great hotel and would higly recommend to stay here. -

Staff was amazingly accommodating. On our last day they surprised my husband with a cake for his birthday without any prompting from me! He was thrilled. Also the staff at the front desk was so helpful with issues we had at out next hotel, they went above and beyond to help us out. A perfectly run establishment that should not be missed. Also the breakfast spread was wonderful.

Extremely helpful and friendly front desk staff as well as maintenance/cleaning ladies. When our taxi stopped in front of the hotel there was two guys waiting to grab our bags, at first we thought it is part of the hotel service, but then we realized it was local travel agent. Great location, the rooms were really nice and comfortable. Staff were
great, after returning from 3 nights on the inca trail, they had our
bags back in our room and the key card ready to go - no check in
paperwork required, which was perfect as we were very tired and needed

Excellent location, two blocks away from Plaza de Armas. Quiet,
excellent service the staff is very polite and cordial. The first room I
had for the first three nights was nice. The last room I stayed upon my
return from Machu Picchu was fabulous. Breakfast was good and I only
dined once, but "el Tiradito de Trucha" (trout) was one of the
best that I've had. Highly recommend this hotel. Also if you need a
reliable and patient driver ask the hotel for Hernan Tito, he'll
