  We stopped in Taroudant en route to Essaoiura from the desert. As it happened, it was our one cloudy day in two weeks but despite the dank weather we ventured into the Medina city. It's only small, unlike sprawling Marrakech and provides a better reflection of ordinary Moroccan life. The city itself wasn't too special but the Riad was lovely and i... vad folk säger » f it hadn't been cloudy we would have used the pool. The room was clean, spacious, very comfortable and cool. The receptionist was very welcoming and - A wonderful Riad with most beautifully and individually decorated and very clean rooms. Based on the very good description and fotos sent by the Riad after booking, it was very easy to find the Riad. All the staff, especially Ben, are very friendly and kind, so we enjoyed our stay very much. Our kids loved the wonderful little pool (which they could use even late at night). We would recommend this Riad to everybody.

  Chez Talout is the best place we staid during our trip in Marocco! The auberge is located in a surrounding that is a bit desolated, but sooo beautiful! And there are lots of places to visit using Chez Talout as a base. We stayed at Chez Talout for 5 days and I would have loved to stay longer! The meals and breakfast are very good a - I loved Chez Talout... here I found an oasis of peace and calm and Soufiane, his wife and his family treated me like one of their own. The location is unbeatable.... at the highest point in the valley with the snowcapped Atlas mountains visible from your bedroom window. The staff helped me out with everything I needed, from food requests, to arranging tours and bus tickets to Marrakech, to seamless pickups, printing out my flight tickets.   We had planned to stay for one day two nights but did extend because it was an awesome opportunity for a holiday from holidays. We stayed at one of the tents which means own terrace in front of the private pool. Big room, all facilities. And the food simply divine.   Location is excellent. Especially for wandering along the seafront and selecting one of the many restaurants for dinner. Staff were very helpful. Rooms were very clean. - Our room with a sea view was large and comfortable. There are many types of rooms and some have a poor outlook you need to be carefull about your choice of room

  The staff is very friendly and responsive - let us check in earlier. The rooms and bathrooms are clean, the airconditiong works - a big plus. The swimming pool area is very nice - we liked it more than a beach. Stores, restaurants within walking distance and eth for a good price.
