  I could write in detail about how beautiful and amazing this place is ... I could go on for hours as it is that fantastic .... so instead I will just say - book it! Don't waste your time researching anywhere else because this is the best there is. Unfortunately, Caroline, the proprietor, was away, but her staff, Abdullah, Hadif ( the chef) and the others, were unbelievable! They were friendly and helpful, without being hovering. The food, was probably the best we had in Morocco. The setting was glorious and restorative. The rooms were tasteful, comfortable, and charming.   Chez Talout is the best place we staid during our trip in Marocco! The auberge is located in a surrounding that is a bit desolated, but sooo beautiful! And there are lots of places to visit using Chez Talout as a base. We stayed at Chez Talout for 5 days and I would have loved to stay longer! We had a huge confortable room with moroccan setting, canopy bed and direct access to the swimming pool! The room and the bathroom were clean.   Great location overlooking the Kasbah, we had a nice view from our room. The place is set up like a traditional riad, with the rooms around a central living area. WiFi in the main room was good and it was nice to surf the internet in the "Berber living room." Breakfast overlooking the Kasbag with the sunrise was also a plus.   I loved the way I was contacted by Claudie as soon as I made the booking. When we met I felt like I knew her already. She made us all feel very welcome - especially my daughter who adored her dogs (peacocks and tortoises). The staff were all extremely friendly, our suite was perfect and the food delicious.
