  There really wasn't anything not to like. The hotel was fantastic and although we booked a suite, on our arrival the staff upgraded us to an even better one with 2 private terraces. The service was great, food was good and the staff were all very friendly and helpfull. I travel around the world and this is without question the best trip i have had for a long time. The staff where nothing short of brilliant Danial the manager openly admitted changes are a foot for the better but i could not fault this place. Simply MAGIC!

  Excellent location and view of golf.Our apartment overlooked a beautiful man-made lake on the golf course which was home to a huge assortment of ducks and birds. Apartments are great for families and decor is wonderful.

  The manager Carlos and all of his staff treated us wonderfully and it was a pleasure meeting his wife and beautiful baby daughter also. He also arranged pickup from our riyad for a small fee. Carlos' wife also arranged for the sons of friends to play with my son at the poolside and he really enjoyed that.   Found the reception staff to be really helpfull answering any questions I had about local facilities, excursions, etc. Check-in was fast and easy, rooms were kept clean by nice polite cleaning ladies, small grocery shop next door for basics, cafe's across the street, and only a few minutes walk to the bus stop (across from Macdonalds) where busses... vad folk säger » drop you right outside the main square for 4 dirhams- 30 pence ( kids under 6 go for free) - Our stay was excellent you know what you get with assonfou good size rooms fridge electric hob, toilets and shower are clean.   The location is fantastic, 5min walk from the Jamaa el Fna. The hotel is beautiful, spacious and the rooms are extremely spacious and luxurious. The service is amazing, everyone is friendly, helpful and they went out of their way to ensure we were happy.   We truly loved everything, when we arrived we were delighted for the good taste of the decoration of the riad and the sympathy of the staff. We were recieved with a mint tea and marroccan sweets which made us immediatly taste a little of marrakech. The breakfast was good, the room was very nice (we stayed at double room Safran which i truly reccommend) but if we return to - A really peaceful retreat from the bustle of Marrackech. The staff could not do enough to help us and we would think very hard before going elsewhere if we visit Marrackech in future.
