The hotel is a calm retreat from the hustle and bustle outside. Perfectly placed for " the square". Even though recently built this hotel is bursting with character.

  Lovely, lovely Riad. William and Khansa were very welcoming . Arrived in the evening so we were very pleased with being picked up at the airport and guided to the Riad through the crazy evening traffic! We were given a delicious meal in front of an open fire, much needed. The Riad is in a very good place, with easy directions to the Sqaure ( once ... vad folk säger » you've done it once ) takes about 10 mins. The gorgeous roof terrace is just what you need to rest after a morning in the Souks or square. Comfortable - A very pleasant place to stay in Marrakesh. Whilst in the middle of the busy Medina, it is totally quiet and relaxing which is great after a day of exploring the Medina, sightseeing and shopping in the nearby huge souk. We were received very well and Khansa took exceptionally well care of us, on a couple of occasions way above expectations! Breakfast was excellent and different each day. We also received good advice on restaurants, shopping and things to see.

  The service from staff was excellent and the attention to detail. Mohammed was excellent on the front reception, friendly and made you feel right at home. Touria went out of her way to provide the best possible service- Cafe au lait- brilliant- thank you to both of these. Faisal was also very helpful as were the night guys! After reading the reviews I was lucky that I got my room in the main building 2nd floor. So the pool was on a level up above. Room:The room was very very well decorated in proper Moroccan style with wooden furniture. The bed was very comfortable with clean linens. It had an amazing interior with wall paintings and sword decorations and stuff. A beautiful window with colored glasses. I was quite happy with my room as it was clean, decorated and had everything function
