  Lovely, lovely Riad. William and Khansa were very welcoming . Arrived in the evening so we were very pleased with being picked up at the airport and guided to the Riad through the crazy evening traffic! We were given a delicious meal in front of an open fire, much needed. The Riad is in a very good place, with easy directions to the Sqaure ( once ... vad folk säger » you've done it once ) takes about 10 mins. The gorgeous roof terrace is just what you need to rest after a morning in the Souks or square. Comfortable - A very pleasant place to stay in Marrakesh. Whilst in the middle of the busy Medina, it is totally quiet and relaxing which is great after a day of exploring the Medina, sightseeing and shopping in the nearby huge souk. We were received very well and Khansa took exceptionally well care of us, on a couple of occasions way above expectations! Breakfast was excellent and different each day. We also received good advice on restaurants, shopping and things to see.

  A very professionally run Riad, well trained staff and level of service from everyone. The decor and architecture are stunning and our room "Panther" simple adorable. All of the riads ( this property is made up of 4 or 5) linked to create La Sultana are stunning. A lot of thought has gone into its flow and design.   The location is fantastic, 5min walk from the Jamaa el Fna. The hotel is beautiful, spacious and the rooms are extremely spacious and luxurious. The service is amazing, everyone is friendly, helpful and they went out of their way to ensure we were happy. Also, free breakfast in bed is great - The hotel was a like entering a different world once one was inside the hotel gates. Everybody was friendly including the manager, the girls at the reception; Lamya, kawther and others, as well as the guys who work in the restaurant whether for breakfast, lunch or dinner. All in all I had a very relaxing time so I extended my stay for t - We only spent 4 days ovrethere , and we must admit that everything was perfect. Pool was 27degres heated, a dream in juanary, we also enjoyed the room which was very clean. Staff is almost presentS to give you a help. We had meals at noon on the terrasse , in front of the pool. The All enclusive formula, is a reality and you do not have to open your purse every second. At night, you have your meal a the huge restaurant where you'll find food that suits you.   The bed was So comfortable. They had English tv channels. The view (atlas) and balcony. Air con was pumping. So nice to come back to after hectic time at markets. Recommend pizza by the pool at Oasis lounge. - Superb customer service from the moment you step through the door. Fantastic welcome tour by guest relations staff.

  We stayed 2 nights with room and breakfast. The room and bathroom were large with all the amenities needed. The buffet breakfast offered an extensive choice and was also very well presented. Furthermore, I forgot my passport in the room safe and Fatima-ez-hra (the front office manager) saved the day by immediately shipping it to - The hotel has an excellent swimming pool, ideal for relaxing and for the kids to play. Rooms are spacious and with luxury level on the details. The hotel is 10 min away from the medina by taxi. The staff is friendly and very professional. Food is offered as buffet or as standard menu on the two available restaurants. The quality of both is exceptional.
