All of the riads ( this property is made up of 4 or 5) linked to create La Sultana are stunning. A lot of thought has gone into its flow and design.   What makes Sirayane the perfect resort is the attentiveness of everyone associated with the hotel. From the moment we were met and greeted on arrived by the charming Reception staff and then the owner we were well looked after for the week that we were there. The hotel was a real haven after the hustle and bustle of the city. The relaxing atmosphere must be t - I can't fault Sirayane Boutique Hotel and spa at all! Our stay was amazing, the staff were friendly and courteous without being pushy, even the owner regularly walked around the hotel meeting and chatting to guests (something I've never seen in London!). The food offers something for everyone & though I've heard complaints about the price it is no more than we would pay over here (and taking into account the hotel is basically an oasis in the middle of a barren land I'm sure the overheads

  The location is fantastic, 5min walk from the Jamaa el Fna. The hotel is beautiful, spacious and the rooms are extremely spacious and luxurious. The service is amazing, everyone is friendly, helpful and they went out of their way to ensure we were happy. Also, free breakfast in bed is great - The hotel was a like entering a different world once one was inside the hotel gates.   There are many things that we really liked, here is a basic list: 1. Location: The riad is 15mins drive from the airport. The taxi can drop you at the doorstep unlike many other Riads which are located in the narrow lanes of the Medina and have to be reached on foot. Staff: The staff at the Riad is very friendly and went all - The Riad is very nice, we had a nice breakfast every morning and got an upgrade of our room for free. The room had aircon, was cleaned everyday and the bathroom is perfect. The swimming pool is small, but if you just want to cool down it's a perfect size! I would absolutely recommend it. It's a ten minute walk from the 'Jema el fnaa' square in a quiet neighborhoud.

Everybody was friendly including the manager, the girls at the reception; Lamya, kawther and others, as well as the guys who work in the restaurant whether for breakfast, lunch or dinner. All in all I had a very relaxing time so I extended my stay for t - We only spent 4 days ovrethere , and we must admit that everything was perfect. Pool was 27degres heated, a dream in juanary, we also enjoyed the room which was very clean. Staff is almost presentS to give you a help. We had meals at noon on the terrasse , in front of the pool. The All enclusive formula, is a reality and you do not have to open your purse every second. At night, you have your meal a the huge restaurant where you'll find food that suits you.   Amazing staff - extremely accommodating. Gave extra late checkout as our flight was at 8pm. Very family friendly - my 1.5 years old son thoroughly enjoyed the staff's accompany. Beautiful location and balcony-rooms - overlooks ice mountains. Very clean hotel - truly 5* - Beautyfull garden, nice room interior. Superior breakfast and lunch.
