  The riad is located in a quiet, safe, residential area not far from the square. The room was very comfortable and even though we were on the ground floor it was quiet.   Nice and fairly intimate hotel of very high standard which we picked to escape the city of Marrakech for a few days towards the end of our trip to Morocco. It was a perfect place for relaxation. Rooms are excellent, spotless clean and very spacious (we stayed in the Art Deco room, which is one of the smaller). Facilities are great (incl. a cinema,... vad folk säger » which we made frequent use of, and a small but good spa), and one of the pools are heated, thankfully. The restaurant is pretty good, both local cous - Tigmiza provided us with the best care from the busy Marrakech. The occasionally tachy interior design were balanced with no kids and we were absolutely perfectly met by the personal and friendly staff. We had a great stay.

  There are many things that we really liked, here is a basic list: 1. Location: The riad is 15mins drive from the airport. The taxi can drop you at the doorstep unlike many other Riads which are located in the narrow lanes of the Medina and have to be reached on foot. Staff: The staff at the Riad is very friendly and went all - The Riad is very nice, we had a nice breakfast every morning and got an upgrade of our room for free. The room had aircon, was cleaned everyday and the bathroom is perfect. The swimming pool is small, but if you just want to cool down it's a perfect size! I would absolutely recommend it. It's a ten minute walk from the 'Jema el fnaa' square in a quiet neighborhoud.

Everybody was friendly including the manager, the girls at the reception; Lamya, kawther and others, as well as the guys who work in the restaurant whether for breakfast, lunch or dinner. All in all I had a very relaxing time so I extended my stay for t - We only spent 4 days ovrethere , and we must admit that everything was perfect. Pool was 27degres heated, a dream in juanary, we also enjoyed the room which was very clean. Staff is almost presentS to give you a help. We had meals at noon on the terrasse , in front of the pool. The All enclusive formula, is a reality and you do not have to open your purse every second. At night, you have your meal a the huge restaurant where you'll find food that suits you.   Amazing staff - extremely accommodating. Gave extra late checkout as our flight was at 8pm. Very family friendly - my 1.5 years old son thoroughly enjoyed the staff's accompany. Beautiful location and balcony-rooms - overlooks ice mountains. Very clean hotel - truly 5* - Beautyfull garden, nice room interior. Superior breakfast and lunch.

  We stayed 2 nights with room and breakfast. The room and bathroom were large with all the amenities needed. The buffet breakfast offered an extensive choice and was also very well presented. The restaurant staff was plentiful but seemed disinterested in serving the guests. However the front desk staff and bellmen were very helpful with great perso... vad folk säger » nalities. Furthermore, I forgot my passport in the room safe and Fatima-ez-hra (the front office manager) saved the day by immediately shipping it to - The hotel has an excellent swimming pool, ideal for relaxing and for the kids to play. Rooms are spacious and with luxury level on the details. The hotel is 10 min away from the medina by taxi. The staff is friendly and very professional. Food is offered as buffet or as standard menu on the two available restaurants. The quality of both is exceptional.

  The location is great and very close to new city and a 20 minute walk to Medina & Jamal Fna Sq. We paid 250 Dirhams from the airport (rak) to hotel which was total rip off as we paid 50 Dirhams when we returned. Beware of taxi's as the hotel is only 10 minutes ride. There was a mini fridge in the room, we bought drinks which was grea - Its a traditionell arabic hotel with the traditionell arabic friendlyness and service. There is no alcohol and no smoking in the hotel and its all about serving the guest and making him feel like at home. We loved this hotel and especcially his employees. Tho hotel is near to many sight seeings and nice places and the pool is big enough to do a good swimm, great hotel for a good price, we loved it.
