  Everything, very friendly staff, lovely clean pool. Great rooms , clean, little housekeeping touches even towels made up in designs of elephants, swans. Medina great, clean and less hassling from the me than the city ones. - The staff were friendly, approachable and efficient. Facilities were clean. Breakfast was lovely.   The location was good and it was very easy to find the hotel. The staff was very friendly - they gave us very accurate information about the town (shopping, restaurants, sightseeing). We also liked the breakfast on the nice roof terrace. And the wifi network was much better then in our 5-star hotel in Marrakech!! It was very good value for money! ... vad folk säger » - The rooms were very comfortable, cleaned daily and the bathroom was well positioned with a walk in shower. The roof terrace where breakfast was served provided good views over the medina, whil ethe breakfast itself was one excellent. The staff were all friendly and always willing to help or answer questions. A great stay.

  great food and nice staff; as noted, there was no AC -- or even a small fan, which would have helped a lot because the temperature in the room was stifling hot even at night when the temperature outside was cool. - Service was good, hotel styled nicely
