The service is impeccable. They greet you with respect and care from the moment you arrive and they take care of you every day. The restaurant has the same level of service and kindness. I felt home here very quickly thanks to the staff. I tried their cooking class today and now I know how authentic maroccan food tasts like when taking the time

The location in the medina with sea views is perfect. The terrace is gorgeous for sitting and reading. staff are very friendly and helpful. We stayed in the madada room with the private terrace which was lovely for having breakfast on and the large bath was luxury .

Riad was perfectly located to everything in Essouria. Annie was exceptionally hospitable and friendly and made for a perfect host at Dar el Paco.
The Riad itself was wonderful and the room was comfortable and clean with a large kitchen and comfortable dining area for breakfast or reading and chatting to other guests if you wished to do so.

The hotel is in a perfect location to explore the medina and not far from the beach. It was very easy to find! Our room was clean and beautifully decorated. The power shower was hot which was amazing after a week of cold showers elsewhere. We were made to feel really welcome when we arrived. Would definitely stay again! Essaouira is beautiful and a refreshing change to the craziness of Marrakesh!

Dar Assalama was my favourite of the two places we stayed during our 8 days stay in Morocco. It was peaceful, comfortable and perfect for four days in Essaouira. The hotel staff were very helpful at all times. It's an approximate 4 minutes walk to the market area. The view from the terrace is wonderful. The room we stayed in was big and lovely. My wife wants to go back, I'm sure we will one day!

We had to cancel our first night due to illness, but everybody at Dar Ness was most helpful. All staff were very polite and nothing was too much trouble. Everything! The staff was friendly, and very helpful. Gave good advice on restaurants to go to in the medina. The room was clean, and comfortable. Breakfast on the patio was very nice as well, and the day we were leaving (at an earlier time than the breakfast was set), the staff at the reception prepared it anyhow. We had a lovely time in Essaouira!

Carol the owner is so helpful and kind, she suggested us many activities, good breakfast and cozy ambient. -
The location was good to walk to the shops and close to parking at only 20 a day the room was a good size with comfortable bed but the best part of the stay without doubt is the fabulous breakfast

A very interesting and bohemian riad in an excellent location right at the edge of the ancient medina on the city walls. It's full of arty things and there is always somewhere new and interesting to rest your eye. Very laid back atmosphere. Great roof terrace with views out to sea and the battlements. Excellent breakfast every day and Isabel the manager is lovely and helpful.

If your idea of a great holiday is to have large opening windows straight onto the Atlantic Ocean, and a glorious sunset, this is the place for you. Great to potter around the Medina and stroll along the sandy beaches without the need for transport. We booked two nights in the Carat suite and stayed for three. Beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean in superb location. Highly recommended.

The staff at Dar Zayna were welcoming & approachable for information; vase of roses and map were a nice touch. Manager especially helpful when I needed help to fit an awkward large shaped souvenir into my smaller bag! Suite for 4 was a good size and this hotel luckily did NOT have mosque loudspeakers booming into the room at 0530!! Nice leisurely breakfasts. Just have to accept any noise from the alley below the window. No problems at all so would recommend this hotel and Essaouira in
