We got a very warm welcome when we arrived and were treated with the best moroccan hospitality along with the very informal info session. the rooms and bathrooms were very clean. The excellent rooftop terrace combined with the sound of the sea at night added to - This is a stylish, very clean place in a convenient location. The owners were extremely friendly, helpful and organized. They gave me all the information I needed at front, and they were always available to answer any additional questions I had. The room was very nice, too. Spacious for a single room, so I was able to relax very well. Thanks to the wonderful owners and this wonderful riad, I really enjoyed my time in Essaouira. Also, their breakfast was fantastic!!!

  Our 7 days stay in The Chems Bleu was amazing. Room ,we had Dunette Double Room, was clean (they cleaned it every day + towels changing) and with beautiful view to the ocean. Everything was fine and it worked. Breakfast were very tasty and we enjoyed it every day! Riad´s personnel was very kind, friendly and helpf - This place is a little gem, right in the heart of the medina in an ideal location. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. We stayed in the room right on the top floor with the roof terrace. It is the smallest room in the riad but still plenty of space. The bathroom is small but adequate with a fantastic powerful shower with plenty of hot water. Our room was immaculate and cleaned every day, with fresh towels which were quite large for a hotel room.   If you're looking for a budget-friendly place to stay that is well-decorated in Moroccan designs, then this is it! The check-in was very easy even though the staff did not speak too much English. The staff gave us a map of the medina and instructions for how to get to some of the sights.   We had a very warm welcome and were given a free city map with excellent suggestions for restaurants. We had a nice private room for three people with a little balcony and the wifi was great. In short, we had a great visit to Essaouira and would highly recommend staying at Vent Des Dunes.   The location was good and it was very easy to find the hotel. The staff was very friendly - they gave us very accurate information about the town (shopping, restaurants, sightseeing). We also liked the breakfast on the nice roof terrace. And the wifi network was much better then in our 5-star hotel in Marrakech!!
