Location is very good (although difficult to reach, best is to ask the hotel to pick you up at the airport the first day and then you will learn the way). The staff is very friendly, and breakfast home made. Very nice house, and definetly a very good place to stay, really quiet but in the very middle of the Medina.

The staff really made an effort to assist us. They arranged the purchase
of a train ticket for a small fee, stored our luggage when we travelled
to the Atlas mountains to hike Mt Toubkal, and helped with calls to make
reservations for dinner and at a mountain refuge. We booked the suite

The house is beautiful and the rooms are really cosy and comfortable. It
is very close to the main square. They welcome you with a mint tea in a
spectacular atmosphere but the best is the staff, specially Rahal, who
is extremely kind and useful. He will help you with all you need around
the city: your way around and he is also very useful whenever you are in
the house, offering all the comodities in the wonderful housr. It was a

Staff was very friendly and helpful, there was slight language problem
because we did not speak French but by good will all issues can be
solved :) Certainly it was our best deal in Morocco during our 2 weeks

In this trip, we used 2 hotels in Marrakech, and the other one was not better than Riad Naffis. Naffis is not big and the room is not big, but it is compact, clean and beautiful. The owner is very kind. The location is also nice. The most impressive is the watchman, Mohammed. He is so kind and nice guy. He satisfied us very much.

The staff were incredibly friendly and nothing was too much for them. The Riad is very nice and relaxing, very quite despite the surroundings
of the medina. It's very safe, just by the residence of the King of
Morocco garded 24h/24. Nice staff. Pool and terrace for sunbathing.
It's only 5 mins on foot from Jemaa el Fna, in a quieter area of the
medina easily reachable by taxi, bus and car.

Excellent value for money - a beautiful Riad, breakfast was good and the facilities were clean and well maintained. Despite the fact that it was a budget Riad, they provided us with toiletries (considering we stayed at a more expensive Riad afterwards and got nothing!) What a great location, we really loved being in the old town, the riad
was authentic and added so much to our experience in Marrakesh. The
staff were so very helpful and friendly and always gave us fantastic
customer service. They even arranged our transfers from the airport at a
very reasonable rate. The breakfast was really nice, especially the
freshly squeezed orange juice.
