the staff and ease of place. Cosy interior (attrium) and terrace on the roof. It's very close to the center of Marrakech. i think the taxi to the airport is a little to much. Public utilities, bathroom. The hotel room does not worth the price. It was dark and very cold. In bathroom was a window with no glass and everybody can look at you by washing...
