  We had a really nice and comfortable stay at the Holiday Inn. The room was big enough for the 3 of us, food was delicious and the staff from the whole complex, even from Conrad, Sheraton and shopping mall were very friendly and helpful.We travelled with our almost 3 years old son and the atmosphere there was very child friendly. Although we were not staying at the Conrad Hotel, they did reservations for us in very good restaurants and hel - Don't be confused by the name Holiday Inn. This is a truly upscale and nice place, no worse than all the other 5-star hotels (Venetian, Conrad, Hard Rock, ...) around it. The only thing about this hotel you can associate with Holiday Inn is its pricing. The hotel actually prices itself quite a bit lower than its neighbors there. Gym and spa facilities are very nice.   Loved the tasteful large suite with indoor relaxation pool. Incredibly comfortable bed. Loved the cool Japanese toilet! The whole hotel is furnished and decorated in a luxurious but calming and relaxing style (soft lighting, candles, soothing spa-like aromas wafting though the corridors and public spaces). We had the large attractive pool to ourselves every day. Great - Banyan Tree Macau does well in manintaining the resort tranquil atmosphere in busy Cotai, Macau.   The hotel is new, clean and luxurious. The staff are friendly and helpful. They are specially nice to kids. On one occasion they gave my kids balloons and the other occasion they gave them gummy and popcorn. We booked a two room family suite. We love our suite very much. The suite is big and spacious.   Everything was fantastic! Location, services, food, activities, etc! The staff even recommend the best deals via apps like V-chat, which entitles you to get free tickets for shows. The free shuttle buses make it very convenient to get around Macau. The travel desk assists in finding the best food nearby, suggesting that we don't need to spend mone... vad folk säger » y on cab. It's a shame we only spent one night in Macau. I'll definitely come back again. Oh, and my most favourite staff is King! - Quality of service is just impeccable.   Our stay at Conrad couldn't have been made much better. We stayed in the deluxe king suite for a short one night stay with city view and had a fantastic stay. Upon arrival at the hotel we were courteously greeted by check in staff Preen and chief concierge Edmund. Check in was quick and efficient and we were swiftl - New hotel. Room was large and finished to high specification. Excellent, thoughtful, friendly service all the way. Royal suite is a dream, super big, with it's own sauna/jacuzzi/steam room/japanese toilets. The Japanese fine dining restaurant (Yamazato) serves gorgeous food, but quite pricey to be honest. The indoor kids playroom was just great for my 3 years old kid. The Westin is a great choice if you really want to tank up energy and unwind. But dont go there if you rather want to be in the middle of things.
