We had a really nice and comfortable stay at the Holiday Inn. The room
was big enough for the 3 of us, food was delicious and the staff from
the whole complex, even from Conrad, Sheraton and shopping mall were

Don't be confused by the name Holiday Inn. This is a truly upscale and nice place, no worse than all the other 5-star hotels (Venetian, Conrad, Hard Rock, ...) around it. The only thing about this hotel you can associate with Holiday Inn is its pricing. The hotel actually prices itself quite a bit lower than its neighbors there.

Banyan Tree Macau does well in manintaining the resort tranquil atmosphere in busy Cotai, Macau.
The relaxation pool in the exceptionally spacious room is an impressiv feature that makes this hotel stand out in the vast competition in the area.

The hotel is new, clean and luxurious. The staff are friendly and helpful. They are specially nice to kids. On one occasion they gave my kids balloons and the other occasion they gave them gummy and popcorn.

The hotel offers convenient access to the vast Venetian Macau complex, and is located in the Sands Cotai Central complex, which has a large selection of shops and restaurants. Shuttle buses take you to the airport, ferry terminals, and border crossings. Our room was nice and clean, with simple-but-tasteful decor. Very wide selection and good quality at breakfast. Stayed at the most expensive Holiday Inn Cotai next door immediately after my stay at the Sheraton Cotai, and missed the Sheraton rig

Location is good. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. My parent and the children enjoyed the buffet breakfast included in the room very much. Our room has a very nice view of the Galaxy hotel. Mini bar is for free, they replenish it everyday (coffee, water and soda). You can catch free shuttle at the Galaxy going to different places like San Ma Lo (drop off going to Senado square and Saint Paul Ruins), Star world, Venetian, City of dreams and more.

Our stay at Conrad couldn't have been made much better. We stayed in
the deluxe king suite for a short one night stay with city view and had

time. Compare to the Venetian, I like Galaxy Macau more....... I feel
more comfortable during my stay in Galaxy Macau compare to the Venetian.

Love the Japan/modern feel of the hotel, with a hint of tradition with girls wandering around in pastel Yukatas. Royal suite is a dream, super big, with it's own sauna/jacuzzi/steam room/japanese toilets. The Japanese fine dining restaurant (Yamazato) serves gorgeous food, but quite pricey to be honest. The indoor kids playroom was just great for my 3 years old kid. The Westin is a great choice if you really want to tank up energy and unwind. But dont go there if you rather want to be in the middle of things.
