  I was travelling with my parents and my 5 year daughter & we had a lot of luggages & we were travelling to the airport via the KAL limousine bus. The food quality is good, but the staff is not sufficiuently familiar with the demands of fine dining service.   Actually it's my first visit to seoul, I've attended a conference at coex convention center that's make the location of the hotel amazing. I tried 2 other 5 stars hotels within the area, but this hotel is the best, especially the bathroom. I tried my best to extend my stay but unfortunately it was fully reserved.   The location was great and the staff were really \friendly. The bed was comfortable although their were only two pillows and we like two each they quickly organised two more for us. The staff spoke english and were very helpful with everything we needed help with. The rooms were cleaned to a high standard.   Location was very central. 5 min walk to Seoul Station and 10 min walk to Nam San Cable Station. Very convenient. All staff can speak good english. Excellent service. - Great location and excellent view of Namsan (and Seoul Tower) from the room. Nice, quiet and cozy. Will come back here again.

The hotel location is excellent (airport bus service stops right in front of the hotel, connected to a mall and subway). Staff had good command of English and were always ready to offer help. Prompt replies when I enquired about something with the hotel via email. Design of the room was beautiful, especially the lounge chair by the window and the smart controls in the room.
