  Convenient & easy driving distance to major attractions & local dining options located in south Jeju-do. Two female employees at the reception desk spoke & understood English very well. Another young lady helped us to set up the gps for another location we wanted to get to. We had a very n - A very convenient location and value for money (considering the fact that it is located amongst 5-star hotels). As it is situated within the Jungmun Tourism Complex, most of the tourist spots are within the area - Yeomiji Garden, the waterfalls, Teddy Bear Museum, Jungmun beach etc. There are many eateries and convenience stores within and nearby the hotel too. Breakfast selection was good too. Friendly staff - always ready to help :) Most importantly, the room had a very clean toilet :)

  1. The owner, Alex is very friendly and helpful. He speaks good English and it is not easy to communicate in Korea as a good 90% dont speak English. We travelled in families of 17pax and they would have brought the resort down as the kids made so much noise! The common bathroom where strangers and relatives, friends get - 1. Friendly staff - the manager Alex responded quickly to my emails and offered a free upgrade when my travel party increased in number. The lady at the check-in counter was very helpful and efficient when we checked in late at night. 2. Spacious accommodation due to the complimentary upgrade 3. Unique housing design 4. Good location to stay as it is near the Seogwipo City attractions if you are driving.

  Staff were really warm, friendly and helpful! Arranged for eggs at breakfast for me and helped us endlessly.   You've got to love the room. My personal room was looking out towards both the sea and mount Halla. A very rare view as most other hotels either have one or the other. There is an orange orchard right at the courtyard of the hotel, where the tangerine flowers bloom for 7-10 days in the year in May. Great smells.   The resort was clean and quiet. Its a place for relaxation. The sea view from the room was beautiful. and it was so soothing to hear the sound of sea waves when you go to bed. Its a bit far from town but I would recommend Jeju Arumdaun Resort as a good place for holiday.   We stayed in Doldam guesthouse for 5 nights with a baby of 6 months old. It was a very relaxing stay and we felt at home all the time. Sue and her husband took great care of us and guided us to the local restaurants in the village or prepared the black pork bbq for us.   The operators are very friendly. They give us great hospitality and great recommendations on eating places nearby. The Manageress speaks good English and is very helpful. - I book this hotel as I wanna go seongsan ichulbong to see sunrise... it's just abt 10 mins drive from the hotel.
