The hotel location is excellent (airport bus service stops right in front of the hotel, connected to a mall and subway). Staff had good command of English and were always ready to offer help. Prompt replies when I enquired about something with the hotel via email. Design of the room was beautiful, especially the lounge chair by the window and the smart controls in the room.

  Everything! The staff are extra friendly, caring and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious. The resturant is great and the food is delicious. - Location. Underneath the hotel is a shopping arcade with excellent restaurants and coffee shops at local prices.

  Location was very central. 5 min walk to Seoul Station and 10 min walk to Nam San Cable Station. Very convenient. All staff can speak good english. Excellent service. - Great location and excellent view of Namsan (and Seoul Tower) from the room. Nice, quiet and cozy. Will come back here again.

  It was close to my bussiness partner's location. Easy access to the public transportation (400m from Doksan station). Close proximity to Convenience Stores (at least 3 around). Spa and fitness facilities in the building. The personnel was very nice to me. Quick to resolve any issues.
