I was impressed by his action to have barriers placed around the edges of the raised platform in the lobby. The location was perfect for our research in Insadong. I ordered room service - I appreciated the luxury appartment which I already knew, as well as the very central and convenient location. Superb view on the city and/or the mountains and the palaces area.. Upgrading given on the first stay (one bedroom to two bedrooms), which gave us even more free space. The kitchen is well equipped, so it's really possible to cook (especially breakfast, as coffee and pastries are very expensive in the whole area) So with a family, you can save money easily on this post. I tried 2 other 5 stars hotels within the area, but this hotel is the best, especially the bathroom. I tried my best to extend my stay but unfortunately it was fully reserved.   Nice apartment-style rooms, good beds. We loved the jacuzzi and the hot tube in the gym área downstairs. Fantastic to relax after walking around all day. A small supermarket, two good restaurants and a very nice cafe next door and more cafes and restaurants near by.   This hotel is location, location, location. We stayed on the 17th floor ehich id executive or club floor. The hotel rooms were recently upgraded and they were lovely. Bathroom was big enough with a separate toilet. The hop on hop off bus just a few footsteps away and airport bus right outside the door. The major tourist destinations are either in a walking distance or not so far if you take a taxi or use the subway. The staff is freindly and helpful. Breakfast is nice and delicious.
