The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The rooms were
spotless, with crisp, white bedding and the bathrooms were pristine. We
chose the "breakfast included" option and were glad for it.
The restaurant has a lovely, varied buffet and good brewed coffee
(...with real cream! Try finding that, even in a coffee shop in Korea!)
the hotel is about a five minute walk to the nearest metro.

Everything about this hotel, rooms, staff, food was all right. Friendly, nice and helpful people. Good location, direct connection with the Incheon airport for ca. 15 $. -
Proximity to COEX, the exhibition center and shopping mall.
CALT City Airport Terminal is also at walking distance where you can check-in.
Very friendly staff.

Stayed here for a 2 week holiday. Don't let the small alley fool you, this is a top-notch hotel right in the heart of the most prestigious part of Seoul.
The Hotel looks very nice, all the interior is very neat and modern, very clean as well, felt like I was in a very high quality residence.
The staff are very nice and very helpful, speak English

My room was ninja cleaned every day regardl -
Staff: The staff was very friendly and explained everything properly -
how to use the laundry machine, how to use the computer, the tv, the
spas, the wi-fi, etc. They even accompanied us to the limousine airport
bus stop to make sure we would find it. They gave us maps of the city
and suggested places to visit. Honestly, top notch excellent service.
Amongst the best services I ever had. Room : The room was very
comfortable, the bathroom had a jacuzzi and sets of cream, lotions, hair
gels, etc.

I do have a good window view. For my friend, the window view facing the wall and was not nice at all. View to me very important as i like to see things in the morning. -

The location was excellent, very near (10 minutes walk) to the tube station. The room was very stylish and spacious, simple decor, beds very comfy. The air con/lights/TV were all controlled by the remote control so very simple to use. -
