  Short walk from the extensive inexpensive Seoul subway in the famous Gangnam area. Clean. Friendly. Accomodating. Free loaner electrical adapter. Staff spoke English so all was stellar. - This hotel is a good deal price vs. quality in an overall expensive city like Seoul. The Yaksam metro station is 7 min walk and Gangnam alone is worth visiting. The room is very cool, with modern design and every single thing you might need for your stay, from shower gel to creams that I did not even know what they're for. Add to this clean and comfortable and you've got the perfect hotel in Seoul.

  The hotel is beautiful and is very well equipped. I love the room design as it feels like you are going into your own sanctuary - Location is good, attached to big department stores. Good room size.

  Our check-in at the front desk took less than a minute as the staffs were well prepared. The front desk responded to our request of baby crib with super efficiency even at late 10pm! Our whole family including my young kids of 7, 4.5 and 2 years old simply love this hotel. The room is huge even for 5 of us to stay and it's so homely & well tho... vad folk säger » ught and designed - a separate tatami sitting area with daily Nepresso coffee provided and facial masks. Though breakfast was not included but for usd - Very close to the Metro line and shopping centres. Hotel staff were very efficient and attentive. I booked a family room for myself and my two daughters and we were all very pleased with the space, comfort and design of the room. Aveda toiletries were very much appreciated, towels etc were changed every day. some other reviewers have mentioned the alley you have to go through to get to the hotel but it is occupied by local trades families who I found to be very friendly if you bother to speak

  The location was great and the staff were really \friendly. The bed was comfortable although their were only two pillows and we like two each they quickly organised two more for us. The staff spoke english and were very helpful with everything we needed help with. The rooms were cleaned to a high standard. I needed some help finding a certain location within Seoul and they went the extra bit to call the restaurant, help me with directions and print out a map for me. Room was spacious and clean.

  Dongdaemun Inn is the best guesthouse I have stayed at throughout my entire Asia grad trip. The service from John (the manager) and his staff (Dahee and Yayun) was simply amazing. They were really friendly and willing to give recommendations and advice whenever we asked for it. Everyone spoke near-perfect English in the guesthouse. Loc - Staff was wonderful, very helpful and spoke English. The manager John personally helped us find a place to eat upon our first night arriving. Inn was very easy to find and very close to station. Family Mart and foreign card friendly ATM within 50ft of inn. Inn provides free laundry service and no curfew. walking distance to famous dongdaemun shopping ( hello A PM / migilore) Very close to good mom and pop Korean restaurant ( 다모아) good prices, great food. Really liked the couple running it.

  Very helpful front desk staff who kindly write Korean address to give taxi driver. Line 5 subway Seodaemun station 1 minute away with lift. Convenient to use airport train and transfer to Line 5.   Since I've stayed at Torra fist time, I always stay at Torra if I have chance to go to Seoul. (Actually this is third time) Torra is very comfortable space. Huge living room is relaxable. Kitchen is very cute. If you are woman, you should like it! In addition, Torra has Korean floor heater, "Ondol" so good at terribly cold Korea's winter.   The staff we're really friendly. They helped us with everything and spoke enough English to help us with our needs. The washroom did clog up, but the cleaning lady came in about 15 minutes to fix it. The beds were comfort and big enough. We were traveling with 4 adults and we got the family room. We had our dinner at the restaurant on the lift level, it was delicious and reasonably priced too.
