  Staff was amazing and friendly, food was excellent, room was spacious and cozy, spa was amazing, the gym and pool area were very large and great, overall an wonderful hotel and would definitely recommend it. Plus the staff speak some english and are helpful in locating things to do. Beautiful place and great location. The TV was big with English channels available. There are are great eating options close to the hotel. I recommend paying the extra for a sea view room. Fantastic view!

  Excellent hotel. I have been to Busan 4 times each staying at a different hotel, this is by far the best of all of them. Excellent staff, clean and comfortable room and great breakfast buffet - The service was excellent and my initial complained (construction noise) was dealt with professional manner by the assistant manager on duty Mr. Lee.

  The location of this hotel is wonderful, with views along the beach and out to sea. The higher, executive rooms are worth the extra cost. - The superb location right on the beach.Nice size rooms.The staff can't do enough for you,always trying to help in a pleasent manner.
