Excellent customer service, the staff could not be more friendly and
accommodating. We were made a complimentary breakfast of tea /
coffee and toast each morning (regardless of the time we surfaced!) even
though we didn't think breakfast was included in our booking.
Invaluable advice on the local area, where to go and what to see plus
free maps. They provided a good and reasonably-priced taxi service to
the airport (which was particularly valued after being ripped-off by one
unscrupulous Amman

Fabulously friendly and helpful staff; brilliant location for seeing the
main sites of Amman; well appointed apartment and simple but more than
adequate tasty breakfast which consisted of nice hot coffee, breads,
fruit, humus, olives, pain au chocolate, small sausages, boiled eggs and

Great value for money if you compare it to other hotels in Amman
(unfortunately we had to spend a lot of time in Amman the last 10
years), good location close to Rainbow street, where you can find a lot
of restaurants and markets until late night, generally one of the nicest
areas in Amman, staff very friendly and professional, huge rooms incl.
Living room and fully equipped kitchen, generally I would never spend a
single night in Amman if I had another choice, since the city is just a
disgrace

We stayed at this place a few years ago, and luckily it is now under new
management. The new staff are great! They are doing their best to get
the place in top shape, and I think it is almost there. Guest comments
are taken seriously - eg. The carpet on the entrance stairs was stripped

The owner is very helpfull and friendly, he speaks good English. He can help with arranging trips in the area for a good price. Rooms are big and beds are good. Hotel has a hostel feeling with a nice common area. The hotel is not directly located at the main street so no noisy sounds at night. Good place for the price you pay!

The hotel is one of the best 3-star hotels in Amman. It has extremely excellent location where the main hotel gate (on the 7 floor) is only 5 min walk to the best shopping streets in Amman, whereas the other hotel gate (ground floor) is exactly at Al-Abdely round about (the heart of Amman). It is only 2 km away from the downtown (Wasat Al-Balad).

Very nice view, big apartments and equiped with TV , fridge and air conditioning. Very close to old city as well as shopping centers in jabal al hussein. Everythig within reach by foot, resturants , banks, markets , pharmacy , dry clean , money exchange.
The owner was very helpful and cooperative, giving advices on the fly and even provided me with mineral water when I checked in.
I will certainly come back later. -
My roommate and I stayed in Arabian Suites before we went off to Israel. Great price (You would have to pay at least 5 times the price to get a similar experience), and great location (it is a 8-walk to downtown and it costs less than a dinar to get to the rainbow street by taxi). The staff were very kind and attentive and gave us many great recommendations for restaurants, directions on how to cross the bridge, etc.
