  Courteous, very helpful and responsive staff. When my initial travel unexpectedly changed, i returned to the hotel and the staff couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. I ended up staying for an additional 4 days as I made alternative travel plans. The room a spacious, clean and well furnished rooms. Highly recommended. - Ahmed and allha are two really nice people willing to help with anything you need anytime. Ahmed speaks great English and helps with stuff that has nothing to do with the hotel itself like moneychange and restaurants.

  The hotel is one of the best 3-star hotels in Amman. It has extremely excellent location where the main hotel gate (on the 7 floor) is only 5 min walk to the best shopping streets in Amman, whereas the other hotel gate (ground floor) is exactly at Al-Abdely round about (the heart of Amman). I will not even think to stay in another hotel as all required facilities are available. I really thank t - -Very nice hotel, I liked it and I used to chose it every time I come to Jordan over the last 10 years -The food is delicious. -Friendly and cooperative staff. -The room style, its size and design are comfortable and actually all hotel design looked lovely. -The taxi to airport is also convenient.   Rooms are large and clean enough, but the furniture is a little bit old. Service is excellent though. Staff is very helpful and ready to do anything for you. The pub - Six Barrels is a great place to kill time in the evening if you don't want to go anywhere else.   The staff was friendly and willing to help us with anything we needed to include taxi's, room service, towels, ice etc.. Free Wifi although the username/login paper suggested it costed 5 JD. There is a lounge upstairs (ran separately from the hotel), be careful though, it's one of those notorious "Friendly Russian Female" bars and Amman puts proud... vad folk säger » prices on alcoholic beverages. Was close to a Safeway supermarket if you'd like to grocery shop. - The stuff are very helpful location in quite area breakfast also good
