  Takterassen samt läget - very nice and helpfull staff . We needed a doctor and the receptionist made sure that we were assisted right away. - Enjoyed the atmosphere and the position of the hotel. Lovely decorations from a bygone era.

  We had a wonderful stay at Hotel 4 Assi and the manager was always helpful and made us feel so welcome. The room is cosy and clean and located in a quiet area of Viareggio super close to the beach.   Absolutely fantastic location to enjoy the carnival. And Luciano bent over backwards to help us, even getting us tickets for the procession. The rooms were a very good size, spotlessly clean and had a huge balcony with views of the rooftops, a lovely sun trap in the morning. - Great central point for many other areas.   The position of the hotel is very convenient and is towards the quieter part of the town. The parking is good and right outsibe the hotel. The breakfast is above average with a good selection. The reception staff were very helpful. And some rooms have balconies - character building, just a regular 3* hotel
