The rooms were a very good size, spotlessly clean and had a huge balcony with views of the rooftops, a lovely sun trap in the morning. - Great central point for many other areas.   The position of the hotel is very convenient and is towards the quieter part of the town. The parking is good and right outsibe the hotel. The breakfast is above average with a good selection. The reception staff were very helpful. And some rooms have balconies - character building, just a regular 3* hotel
