  The hotel was very clean, nice and quiet. It's very close to the beach and the promenade of Viareggio. Rooms are very nice and cosy. The atmosphere was like home and the Owner, Ana is a great person! She gives lots of advices if you need, she bakes great cakes which she serves in the morning to the very nice breakfast. The room was beautifully made every morning and was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was fresh and delicious with lots of choice. I'd recommend staying here to all my friends and family, it's an ideal quiet location, close to the seafront, market and train station.

  We had a wonderful stay at Hotel 4 Assi and the manager was always helpful and made us feel so welcome. The room is cosy and clean and located in a quiet area of Viareggio super close to the beach.   The staff was professional and friendly. It was my friend's birthday and they put a cake in her room - unexpected and a very nice gesture. We also asked for restaurant recommendations and were given 2 great choices. - Hotel staffs are quite friendly and helpful. The view from the top floor, for the breakfast buffet was just excellent.

  Excellent hotel. The staff really took the time to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone. You could really feel the love of a familyrun hotel. The food was delicious. We intended to stay for one night, but for the food made by "la mama" and the hospitality made us decide to stay longer.
