A gorgeous true Italian B and B with a great hostess. The room was beautifully made every morning and was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was fresh and delicious with lots of choice.
I'd recommend staying here to all my friends and family, it's an ideal quiet location, close to the seafront, market and train station.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel 4 Assi and the manager was always helpful and made us feel so welcome. The room is cosy and clean and located in a quiet area of Viareggio super close to the beach.
Travelling with a baby is not an easy task but everything went smoothly thanks to the friendly staff. -

Servicio y tranquilidad - staff very accomodating. Facilities were good, especially the pool. Very child friendly. We had a wonderful suite overlooking the beach. - Excellent location, wonderful relaxing environment for a weekend - even in winter!!!

The staff was professional and friendly. It was my friend's birthday and they put a cake in her room - unexpected and a very nice gesture. We also asked for restaurant recommendations and were given 2 great choices. - Hotel staffs are quite friendly and helpful. The view from the top floor, for the breakfast buffet was just excellent.

But the best part of this hotel is the personal with very good English, friendly, ready to advise and help. This is very nice family run hotel with nice atmosphere.
