  Fantastic location for shopping and sightseeing in Milan. Could see the Via Dante/Piazza dei Mercanti from our balcony. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Had a wonderful meal at a very authentic italian bistro, 18 Novello, on their recommendation. Suite was spacious and elegant. Hotel is set in an historic building with 12 foot ceilings.   The hotels décor, finish and controls in rooms are 5 Star we really liked it all. The staff made us feel very welcome and were extremely helpful.The hotel is just the right size -not too big. The room - The hotel is very well located, only a few steps from the Cathedral and Vitoria Emanuelle Gallery with tons of shopping and restaurants. The rooms are comfortable with plenty of amenities and pillow choices. The hotel in general is new and modern and I would definitely go back.

  Everything! The staff was amazing! Even before we arrived, we had contact with staff asking if we needed any services upon arrival. After our arrival, they were helpful with making our stay more enjoyable! When we walked into our room, it was beautiful, comfortable, and smelled great! I know that sounds weird, but you felt like walking into a ... vad folk säger » spa! The hotel is green, which was so cool! The breakfast was the best we had had on our 10 day trip! We left wanting to return and to stay at Hote - I like it that the room was furnished stylishly and everything seems new and well-maintained. The propriataria, I think, was so nice and kind that she showed me to my room and didn't mind that I wanted to practice Italian and took time to let me and restated all that needed to pay attention to in English. The breakfast was such a heaven! Food was healthy (fresh fruits, juice, water, bread of all kinds and eggs and bacon) and there's live classical guitar play!

  The location was great, next to the walls of Sirmione castle. The town was very pretty with lots of little alleyways to explore with plently of restaurants and Italian ice cream shops. The staff were so accommodating. Our party consisted of 9 family members ranging from one year old to 75. The hotel was beautiful. And since we paid in full a month prior to our stay, the deal was phenomenal.

  Wonderful situation and lovely in the autumn. Marvellous grounds, access to the lake, lots of different places to walk and to enjoy the views.Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Very peaceful, but walk outside the grounds into Sirmioneand there's lots of activity ! - the Villa Cortine is an outstanding place to simply relax and enjoy life.   We have spent two days at Lefay hotel in Gargnano, a spectacular five star hotel over the hills surrounding Garda lake.   The hotel was very nice. There were lots of facilities including cooker, crockery, cutlery, washing machine, dish washer, sitting area, dining area, sky tv. We only stayed the one night therefore too many facilities for a one night stay. Would have been better with a bigger bedroom for the short stayers. Definately a small quaint village. - Staff is very polite, excellent service, we had the car to the slopes and return, free of charge in 2 minutes after calling for this kind of service. Brilliant service, very good people around, breakfast is really good, double Italian espresso were always offered including the best strudel in the world. Rooms were cleaned 2 times a day, free mini bar. Just brilliant
