Fantastic location for shopping and sightseeing in Milan. Could see the
Via Dante/Piazza dei Mercanti from our balcony. Staff was very
helpful and friendly. Had a wonderful meal at a very authentic italian
bistro, 18 Novello, on their recommendation. Suite was spacious and
elegant. Hotel is set in an historic building with 12 foot ceilings.

The hotel is located in a residential house. Standard European hotel, the optimum combination of price and quality, good European Breakfast. Convenient location. I was with a colleague on a business trip, the rooms have given next. The staff of the imperceptible. I was a feeling, that apart from us in the hotel there is none, although the hotel was more than full.

The hotels décor, finish and controls in rooms are 5 Star we really liked it all. The staff made us feel very welcome and were extremely helpful.The hotel is just the right size -not too big. We made use of the free bicycles a great way to see the area. We would love to stay here again. -

Location: simply excellent for shopping or visiting the main monuments,
even with small children everything it is at walking distance. There are
two metro stations nearby, and the railway stations linking the centre
with the three main airports are 10 minutes away by car/taxi.

The hotel is very well located, only a few steps from the Cathedral and Vitoria Emanuelle Gallery with tons of shopping and restaurants. The rooms are comfortable with plenty of amenities and pillow choices.
The hotel in general is new and modern and I would definitely go back.

Very unique hotel, with warm hospitality, excellent restaurant, amazing wine collection. The garden is beautiful, peaceful and romantic with it's breathtaking view to the lake.

I like it that the room was furnished stylishly and everything seems new
and well-maintained. The propriataria, I think, was so nice and kind
that she showed me to my room and didn't mind that I wanted to
practice Italian and took time to let me and restated all that needed to
pay attention to in English. The breakfast was such a heaven! Food was
healthy (fresh fruits, juice, water, bread of all kinds and eggs and
bacon) and there's live classical guitar play!

Le Room Service et surtout la disponibilité du personnel concerné . - L'hôtel a l'allure un peu surrannée des palaces d'antan, type l'Hôteldes bains du Lido ou bien le Baron à Alep, cela change des 4 étoileshabituels... J'espère que les rénovations qui ne devraient pas tardergarderont intact l'esprit du lieu...

The location was great, next to the walls of Sirmione castle.
The town was very pretty with lots of little alleyways to explore with plently of restaurants and Italian ice cream shops. Take a stroll off the main streets and take the countryside pathways to explore and walk through the park. Boat trips available to sail on the lake. -

Wonderful situation and lovely in the autumn. Marvellous grounds, access to the lake, lots of different places to walk and to enjoy the views.Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Very peaceful, but walk outside the grounds into Sirmioneand there's lots of activity ! -

We have spent two days at Lefay hotel in Gargnano, a spectacular five star hotel over the hills surrounding Garda lake. The hotel was very nice. There were lots of facilities including cooker, crockery, cutlery, washing machine, dish washer, sitting area, dining area, sky tv. We only stayed the one night therefore too many facilities for a one night stay. Would have been better with a bigger bedroom for the short stayers. Location is ok, about ten minutes walk

Staff is very polite, excellent service, we had the car to the slopes
and return, free of charge in 2 minutes after calling for this kind of
service. Brilliant service, very good people around, breakfast is really
good, double Italian espresso were always offered including the best
strudel in the world. Rooms were cleaned 2 times a day, free mini bar.
