  staff was cordial and helpful especially Carlos, Benjamin and Javier. I forgot to ask the lady's name and two other guys. The room was kept clean. We returned for 3 more nights after touring Florence and Venice. Hotel is Clean, with friendly staff who are always ready to help. Breakfast was of very good quality and of enough quantity. I liked my single room with private bathroom. Price is resasonable for the excellent location & Clean condition.

  Very good hotel. Closed on Sundays..Staff very friendly and helpful. Car parking for at least 6 cars. 5 Mins from the Lake and easy walk to the shops. Lots of frequent ferries to Como and around the Lake. Would recommend this hotel for value and welcome, especially if the first visit to Lake Como. - Nice hotel, located near lake Como.   We had informed the hotel of our early arrival, so they made sure that the room was ready when we got there at 11am, which was very convenient. We had room 1, which is a triple room, and it was a very large with a double and the bathroom was quite large as well, and it was facing the garden, and it had air con, and towels were changed on a daily b... vad folk säger » asis. The room was clean, but could do with some minor repair work, such as painting, a few holes in the bathroom etc., but it was nothing that bothe - They were very friendly, helpful and the breakfast was clean. They were very accommodating in getting us in last minute when the hotel I originally booked informed us that they had overbooked and had no room for us. The room was small but efficiant, beds comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good and there was plenty of fresh pastry, coffee and fruit. We even ate some fresh grapes off of the vines in the garden. Location was close to the main train station and next to the street farmers mark
