Excellent location to the church which is the main attraction in Florence. The room had a dedicated shower just down the hallway with a fabulous shower with hot water, which we looked forward to at the end of every day. -

Right after the booking I got an e-mail from the staff, which welcomed my booking and gave basic info about the B&B.
The B&B was easy to find, almost next to the Duomo. The B&B was on the second floor, with about 40 steps of stairs. The room with the external bathroom was basic with queen bed, TV, little table, minibar, chair, cupboard

is excellent - a short walk from the train station and right next to the

We were impressed by maps and useful information of the city given after checking in at the hotel by a hotel staff.
The hotel is few steps of walk to Duomo.
To our knowledge, there aren't many public toilets available in Florence. So, we found it very convenient to go back and forth between the hotel and tourist attractions during the day in case

We were presently surprised to discover that there is a little kirchen in our room so we were able to prepare our favorite hot instant comfort food! We can be adventurous with our food but having the freedom to be just lazy and not go out to eat is also welcome to weary teavellers :-) Our room was charming! Great location. Stones throw away from the Duomo and the busy cute streets (city centre). Clean rooms and beautifully decorated. Very family friendly. Has a small elevator which helps to transport luggage (we were on 4th floor). Breakfast vouchers for food from cafe next door which gave a fruit drink, coffee, croissant and sandwich. The owner was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond the call of duty to make our stay more comfortable, recommending excellent local restaurants and helping us find our way around.

Excellent position. Easy to find, close to the train/bus station and
just 1 minute walk from the Duomo. Great terrace view, in summer should
be more useful as it rained during our stay in Florence the woman at the
reception was very kind and helpful. She let us leave the luggage and
arranged our check-in even if we weren't able to meet her as
arrived. After all for such a price and a strategic position it's a
really good choice for those who care about the money

We stayed 6 nights in the summer.
The location is simply perfect. The rooms are great as well - spacious, clean and with good facilities (water cooker for example). I'd advise to pay for the airco in the summer to close the windows to prevent noise from outside.
The breakfast is also very nice; outside of the B&B in a typical Florentine bakery

We ended up in a small suite in another building which had a complete kitchen. The location is great; in the 'Dante' area of Florence. The person in charge of the hotel - Raymond - speaks English and is very helpful (he was born around the corner from the hotel). Keep in mind that Florence in June is packed with tourists and that Florence is an expensive city compared to other Tuscan cities. Thus, in general the hotel rooms will seem like a lot less value for the money vs. the rooms in othe

And the jacuzzi was so relaxing after days filled with walking. If you're debating whether or not to spend extra money on the room with the jacuzzi - do it!
