  We loved everything! The name bellavista is well deserved, the views are amazing in all directions. Great location to explore Tuscany and Umbria. There are bikes for you to use, but a car is necessary to travel around the area. The rooms are well-sized, spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished.   David Papi was an extraordinary host. He was always exquisitely friendly and helpful when figuring out day trips around the area. The restaurant was the biggest surprise. The food is Michelin Star worth. We ate there twice in our three night stay because the food was so good! - The owner David is charming and went out of his way to be helpful.   A very nice, comfortable hotel in a tipical Tuscany 18th century villa. Rooms are very nice and quiet. The pool and the gardens with the idilic Tuscany views are fantastic.   This is a delightful hotel, our favourite on this trip. Typical Tuscan style, great location and lovely breakfast, The rooms are very spacious, we had a separate sitting room. - The staff was very friendly/helpful, they made extra effort to take care of their guests. Great central location.

  The hotel is wonderful, the view is beautiful, very calm and perfect to relax with a nice spa area that is included at the price. the restaurant is very good, but expensive to eat everyday. the room is big and very comfortable bed with a good bathroom. - Staff was friendly and owners made sure to meet everyone.   The care with which the place is designed, the attention to detail and comfort of guests, unobtrusive service, excellent restaurant on site, clean bathroom and daily room service. While we were there temperature soared to 40 degrees celcius so the swimming pool was a welcome relief. Hotel entry is at the top floor and you go down from there. Cortona township is only 50 metres from hotel with great food and shops. Concierge could not do enough for us.
