  We arrived early into Como hoping we could leave our luggage at the office to explore the region, thankfully and graciously we were able to go straight into our apartment which was much larger than antisipated.   Hotellets läge och bekvämlighet - The staff at the Albergo Terminus were excellent.   The hotel was clean and the staff very helpfull, the breakfast which was included in the price was very generous. The hotel itself was close to everything which made it easy to walk everywhere we wanted to go. - Hotel staff were very friendly. Location was good, close to the Lake. Breakfast service was good.   Gabriella really bent backwards for us. We arrived really late and she organised for us to pick up the key and access the apartment. She gave us great advice on things to see and do in the area and find parking. The apartment is big, very clean and comfortable, and close to shops, old town, lake, and market. We had an amazing time in Como altoget - The apartment is situated on a quiet street less than 10mins walk from the centre of Como, the manager Gabriella was very warm and welcoming, the apartment was bigger than expected, it was very clean and comfortable. It also came with a fully equipped kitchen which was very useful as were very close to the local fresh food market so we cooked a couple of evenings. Really enjoyed staying here in Como and would definitely recommend it.

  Marco, the owner was very hands on and he supplied a lot info about things to see and do in Como and the towns around the lake. He also owns L'Antica Trattoria. We had a delicious meal there and the service was first rate. Assanto made sure that breakfast was set out every morning and he was quick to offer coffee or tea. Extremely clean, comfortable and very friendly service. On arrival offered a cup of coffee or tea. Very welcomed after a long trip. Helpful and flexible. Lovely breakfast. Freshly baked croissants each morning. Would definitely go back. Great for families or couples. Owner was preparing newly renovated self contained apartments. I am sure they will be beautiful like the one we stayed in.

  One of my best (and unique) stays throughout my month-long journey in Italy in May. I was really glad I had the whole apartment myself - it made me feel at home and it was so cozy there. Everythin - We like everything! The apartments are situated in a living district, very quiet and comfortable, 10min from the city center. There is a bus station near the house. The apartments itself are very spacious and nice, right the same as it shown on pics! Every day we had a sweet breakfast (big choice of different pastries, muesli, juice and milk, coffee, tea).   The location is good, we can see the Duomo from our room window. Cross the street is the markets where you can shop for many good stuff from food to clothes. The lake is just 5 min walk away. The room is comfortable. The wall is a bit thin but it seems to be pretty common in Italy. We were lucky that our neighbors are quiet at bed time. We shared a bathroom with others on our floor, 2 other rooms. We were referred to a restaurant close by that gave a discount for hotel guests. Excellent place, great food! Very close to town center and across the street from the Duomo in Como.

  Excellent service from the staff. We stayed at the annexe and the staff kindly helped us move our luggage. The residence was fully booked after two nights so we couldn't extend our stay there but the lady stored and looked after our luggage for a few days till we found something suitable. Very helpful in recommending best locations in the city and... vad folk säger » even gave us a lift to the train station to buy our tickets. The apartment was beautiful inside, very artistic, contemporary and modern layout. Well - The room was a perfect size and the kitchenette was perfect for creating home cooked meals. It was in a central location, short walk to the lake and very close to the station. Very happy with our choice! The small apartment fit perfectly with the atmosphere of Italy and made you feel more involved with the city, especially being able to go to the supermarket and cooking your own Italian feasts!
