  Everything was great - thank you! - The breakfast is outstanding, by far the best breakfast I've ever had that was included in the room rate with a wide selection of everything you can think of.

  We arrived early into Como hoping we could leave our luggage at the office to explore the region, thankfully and graciously we were able to go straight into our apartment which was much larger than antisipated.   We were staying in Milan and decided last minute to visit Como so booked this place the night before driving out. We arrived too early to check in but the lady on reception was very pleasant and gave us some suggestions of what to do in the meantime. The location and room were great for what we wanted - central, easy and comfortable. We wish we could have stayed longer! Highly rec - Excellent location, in the center of the old town. The hotel is new, nice, clean and very comfortable. the staff at the reception very helpful and nice, especially Elisabeth who knew that it was my birthday during my stay so she managed to surprise me by putting a beautiful gift on my bed. i simply loved the hotel.

  The hotel was lovely. the rooms were quite small but perfectly adequate. we had a room overlooking the lake with a balcony which was lovely and it had air conditioning. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The location was excellent overlooking the lake but just a short walk into the Centre of Como which was a stunning city. Our room was basic but very clean & comfortable with a lake view. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The on-site restaurant was fantastic! The food was delicious and Giorgio & the other waiters were great, the complimentary limoncello finished the night off perfectly! Prices were very reasonable too. The staff were absolutely delightful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

  the hotel was great, the service was great. Bathroom was great. - Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location to visit other towns on Lake Como--steps away from the boat that takes you around the lake. Walking distance to an inexpensive grocery and a mini bar to store food in. No noise issues at all. Excellent hotel.

  Hotellets läge och bekvämlighet - The staff at the Albergo Terminus were excellent.   Gabriella really bent backwards for us. We arrived really late and she organised for us to pick up the key and access the apartment. She gave us great advice on things to see and do in the area and find parking. The apartment is big, very clean and comfortable, and close to shops, old town, lake, and market. We had an amazing time in Como altoget - The apartment is situated on a quiet street less than 10mins walk from the centre of Como, the manager Gabriella was very warm and welcoming, the apartment was bigger than expected, it was very clean and comfortable. It also came with a fully equipped kitchen which was very useful as were very close to the local fresh food market so we cooked a couple of evenings. Really enjoyed staying here in Como and would definitely recommend it.

  Marco, the owner was very hands on and he supplied a lot info about things to see and do in Como and the towns around the lake. He also owns L'Antica Trattoria. We had a delicious meal there and the service was first rate. Assanto made sure that breakfast was set out every morning and he was quick to offer coffee or tea. Extremely clean, comfortable and very friendly service. On arrival offered a cup of coffee or tea. Very welcomed after a long trip. Helpful and flexible. Lovely breakfast. Freshly baked croissants each morning. Would definitely go back. Great for families or couples. Owner was preparing newly renovated self contained apartments. I am sure they will be beautiful like the one we stayed in.
