  We arrived early into Como hoping we could leave our luggage at the office to explore the region, thankfully and graciously we were able to go straight into our apartment which was much larger than antisipated. We arrived really late and she organised for us to pick up the key and access the apartment. She gave us great advice on things to see and do in the area and find parking. Kitchenette is well equipped for making small meals though Gabriella recommended Eco del Mare restaurant and we had an amazing and cheap dinner there. We had an amazing time in Como altoget - The apartment is situated on a quiet street less than 10mins walk from the centre of Como, the manager Gabriella was very warm and welcoming, the apartment was bigger than expected, it was very clean and comfortable. It also came with a fully equipped kitchen which was very useful as were very close to the local fresh food market so we cooked a couple of evenings. Really enjoyed staying here in Como and would definitely recommend it.

We had a delicious meal there and the service was first rate. Assanto made sure that breakfast was set out every morning and he was quick to offer coffee or tea. Extremely clean, comfortable and very friendly service. On arrival offered a cup of coffee or tea. Very welcomed after a long trip. Helpful and flexible. Lovely breakfast. Freshly baked croissants each morning. Would definitely go back. Great for families or couples. Owner was preparing newly renovated self contained apartments. I am sure they will be beautiful like the one we stayed in.

  Das B&B Happy Days ist sehr empfehlenswert. Die Aussicht von der Dachterrasse ist einfach grandios. Die Eigentümerin ist eine sehr nette Person, sie hat uns gleich bei der Ankunft einen Stadtplan und viele Tipps gegeben. Das Haus ist zentrumsnah und doch sehr ruhig gelegen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder im Happy Days übernachten. P.S.: Mein Mann... was die leute sagen » hat seine Jacke im B&B vergessen und die Eigentümerin scheute keine Mühe, uns diese Jacke per Post in die Schweiz nachzuschicken. - Sehr sympathische und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin.   The location is good, we can see the Duomo from our room window. Cross the street is the markets where you can shop for many good stuff from food to clothes. The lake is just 5 min walk away. The room is comfortable. The wall is a bit thin but it seems to be pretty common in Italy. We were lucky that our neighbors are quiet at bed time.   Excellent service from the staff. We stayed at the annexe and the staff kindly helped us move our luggage. The residence was fully booked after two nights so we couldn't extend our stay there but the lady stored and looked after our luggage for a few days till we found something suitable. The apartment was beautiful inside, very artistic, contemporary and modern layout. Well - The room was a perfect size and the kitchenette was perfect for creating home cooked meals. It was in a central location, short walk to the lake and very close to the station. Very happy with our choice! The small apartment fit perfectly with the atmosphere of Italy and made you feel more involved with the city, especially being able to go to the supermarket and cooking your own Italian feasts!
