  Staying at The Gibson Hotel was a pleasure. The rooms are fantastic, they are very comfortable and stylish. The shower is huge and again very stylish. The bed's are massive too and like sleeping on a big marshmallow. There are lots of nice little touches like a basket of apples by the lift, little post it notes in certain areas of the room. Close to the centre of the city - only took about 8 mins on the bus which you could catch at the end of the road. Dyrt att parkera bil fanns ett garage ett par minuter från hotellet 30 Euro dygnet ( i princip det bästa alternativet). Rummet hade en dubbel och en enkel säng vilket var utmärkt för vårt behov.   I liked the hotel decor. Though my room was small like most europeanhotel rooms the room was charming. The breakfast was very good and Iappreciated getting to order a hot breakfast off of the menu. It waslocated only 5 minutes from the train station which was then only a 10minute drive into the city. Make reserva - I loved the fact that we were outside the hustle and bustle of the city, but still close enough only 10 mins on the Dart which there were very frequent.   Myself aged 31 and my mother of 65 years of age were looking for somewhere fairly central but away from the noise and that's just what we got! 10 minutes straight forward walk to shopping locations, Temple Bar, Central Bus Station, The LUAS and Connelly Train Station. A perfect budget location close enough to everything and away from the noise of Temple Bar! Staff were even kind enough to let us store o - We found the Ripley excellent. We stayed there initially when we arrived in Dublin, then after touring Ireland for two weeks, we stayed there again before leaving for Wales. Would not have done this if we were not happy. Staff very helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely, with everything on offer, and able to have as much as you wanted, if you needed it. Great location in access to the city.
