Staying at The Gibson Hotel was a pleasure. The rooms are fantastic, they are very comfortable and stylish. The shower is huge and again very stylish. Having stayed in hotels all over the world I must say that the Marker
has been one of the best. Spent 1 night in the Marker as we were taken
in the Ireland - New Zeland rugby match. The hotel is in a great
location in Dublin, just a short walk to the city centre, and the Avia
stadium, when we arrived we were greeted by friendly and helpfull staff.
We received a free upgrade in our room. The room was out of this world,
very mordern and clean. Spa was great and the breakfast was to die for.

Staff were very accomodating,as two young people most hotels assume we will be noisey,they did their very best to treat us equally and were very polite and proffesional at all times,there was a bit of a mix up with our booking when we arrived they did not have our booking on the computer but the gent at the reception was most helpful and fixed us a room immedietly even giving us the best room in the hotel for the same price it was relaxed and we felt very welcome i would definatley stay here ag

Lovely old bulding in nice area of Dublin , very friendly and helpful receptionist , our suite on top floor was amazing , we loved four poster bed and wonderful hot tube. We are regular visitors to Dublin and always stay at the Roxford Lodge. The staff couldn't be more helpful and accommodating. Nothing is too much trouble...even arriving early in the morning. Tea and coffee is available all day. And the breakfast is something else. There is secure car parking. The hotel is very convenient for the city centre, the RDS, the O2 and the Bord Gais Theatre. Myself aged 31 and my mother of 65 years of age were looking for somewhere fairly central but away from the noise and that's just what we got! 10 minutes straight forward walk to shopping locations, Temple Bar, Central Bus Station, The LUAS and Connelly Train Station. We found the Ripley excellent. We stayed there initially when we arrived in Dublin, then after touring Ireland for two weeks, we stayed there again before leaving for Wales. Would not have done this if we were not happy.
