  Lovely Hotel, Staff were very friendly and polite. The room was very clean and comfortable. We didn't use the Bistro but the food both in the bar and for breakfast was very good.   Staff were most friendly from trying to locate a phone charger for me tobringing ice to the room. It was a great stay and on the merit of thestaff alone I would recommend, the hotel is lovely too. - The room was lovely, particularly liked the free wi fi in the lobby.   The apartment was perfect for my family of three! After putting my daughter to bed, my husband and I could still relax and enjoy an evening in the living room rather than hiding from her view in the bathroom. The staff was wonderful and so friendly, and the breakfast was wonderful. Also the location made it so easy to walk right into the heart of ... vad folk säger » Galway. And if you don't feel like walking into the city, you can enjoy the view of it from the amazing patio. We will definitely stay here again when - We absolutely loved the location. So close to shopping, city sights and the bus station. We also loved the size of our apartment. Our daughter is living in Galway and we were able to entertain 7 of her friends. She was also able to stay with us for the duration of our stay. The free parking garage was wonderful also as we rented a car for 3 days and didn't have to worry about parking. Last but not least, the view of the city and Galway Bay was spectacular!

  Room was brilliant and beds were luxurious. I am very critical usually but this hotel room was perfect in every way. The price was very reasonable. The hotel was central and easily found but car is needed.   staff were always really helpful and friendly, it was also a 2min walk from eyre square, the shops and the bus station and was really cheap - This was the best hotel I have stayed in for many years. I will highly recommend it to others and will stay there again if I am in Galway.

  This hotel was built in the 50's. I remember it since then. Not a lot has changed and I love that !The comforting feel of the place was great. No raz matazz ! The owners/managers were just so kind and low key nice. Wonderful !Old fashioned but full of GENUINE character.   The two-bedroomed suite was really huge and very well equipped. Beds were large and comfortable, and all furniture was new and clean. Each bedroom had a tv, and there was a third in the lounge area - great for kids. The food in the hotel bar was excellent and staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is not really walking distance to the city cent... vad folk säger » re, but with a car it's only a few minutes drive. - Our one bedroomed suite gave us much appreciated space and privacy, while still having the full use of the hotel facilities. Leisure centre was close at hand and facilities were excellent.
