  Staff very professional and personable. Matter of fact they were saavy and gracious;I have not been treated so well at an establishment in a very long time. The hotel is connected to a very efficient mall and is around the corner from the metro, shopping districts within walking distance, plenty of places to eat near by. The hotel is beautiful,cle... vad folk säger » an, beds soft, spa excellent,gym great! etc! - I liked the Royal Plaza Hotel because the staff was quick and very efficient. Checking in and out was very easy. The room's interior was well-decorated with a big nice window but there is no view of the harbor though. There is also a mall beside the hotel so it is very convenient to buy what you need.

  The staff at the hotel were very helpful, they were informative and considerate. a free walking trip around the local area was very helpful as we then knew the area and the best places to go and how to haggle for bargains The club facility was exellent - Impeccable service, large modern rooms, convenient location, all the mod cons and little extras... vad folk säger » , and a great price. This is an excellent hotel and is now in filed away in my travel notes as the place to stay whenever I'm in Hong Kong.

  Great hotel, excellent staff and beautiful design! Stayed there for 4 nights, now its my favourite hotel in Hong Kong.Location is very good too! - I loved the style/ design of the hotel. Also, Priya at the reception was really great in helping us do some sightseeing.

  -The hotel is just at 5 minutes walk (through the underground shops) from Kowloon Station, one of the main station. In this station you can leave you luggage for you flight.   Very nice hotel in a nice location. Only stayed 1 night so can't say to much about all the facilities. We were upgraded free to a club room which was very nice. I had breakfast from the coffee shop which did a special takeaway offer of coffee and a pastry. A little further away from things on Kowloon but, as a free shuttle bus is available every half hour and a ferry terminal right by the hotel that was ok.
