  This hotel was fantastic. From the front door through to reception was professional yet incredibly welcoming. The rooms were ready earlier than promised. interconnecting rooms were very spacious. Deluxe harbour view rooms with great vista over the nightly laser show. 3 kids in one room nice and secure and we had privacy too. Tried room servi... vad folk säger » ce - great food, and timing. Had breakfast down at the buffet and I don't think I have ever had a better buffet breakfast presented. The limo servic - We stayed in the room with the harbour view and loved it. We were cellebreting our wedding anniversary and the hotel made us feel really special. They offered me flowers when I got to the hotel and the next day when we got back in the evening there were champagne and chocolate with a card signed for all the staff. Very kind ! All the staff has an exceptional attention to the guests, always aware of everything ir order to helping the guests. Next time in HK we'll definetly stay at Shangri-La. Pe

  Staff very professional and personable. Matter of fact they were saavy and gracious;I have not been treated so well at an establishment in a very long time. The hotel is connected to a very efficient mall and is around the corner from the metro, shopping districts within walking distance, plenty of places to eat near by. Checking in and out was very easy. The room's interior was well-decorated with a big nice window but there is no view of the harbor though. There is also a mall beside the hotel so it is very convenient to buy what you need.

  I'm really impressed by the services provided by the hotel staffs during my 4 nights stay at Butterfly on Hollywood. I love 'Hollywood' themed rooms & walkways & I've always looked forward to coming back to my hotel after a long hustling day out in the city. When I had doubts about my destination, they showed patience by explaining the routes to me on Google maps & even hailed for me a taxi & dir - A place I will intro to my friends! A bit pricey but comfort is there! The staff service were great n all so pretty, cute n handsome! Response fast to my request, change queen to twin bed room n my faulty bar fridge to a working piece. Use their mobile when I ask for the restaurants operating hours. I found many yummy food around the area.. 10Mins walk to e hotel if u know e way. Taxi less than hk$25 from exit a2 fm mtr.

  it's quite pricey, but we got a good deal. But nothing beats it's location. Room is quite large for HK standard. Staff were very helpful - The bathroom is excellent and the bed is very comfortable. What amaze me is we can surf internet using their free wifi and 42" LCD TV.

  We had a wonderful stay the the Langham! The staff are amazing, the hotel and facilities the best we have stayed in. A great location as well. Highly recommend staying here. - everything was excellent.we arrived in the morning but they gave us the rooms in 10 min.the rooms were very quiet,it was a pleasure to stay there.

We had breakfast in the hotel and have never seen such a variety of food in a restaurant, just incredible The hotel is in a great location for shops and transport and we would certainly recommend to friends.
