We stayed in the room with the harbour view and loved it. We were cellebreting our wedding anniversary and the hotel made us feel really special. They offered me flowers when I got to the hotel and the next day when we got back in the evening there were champagne and chocolate with a card signed for all the staff. Very kind ! All the staff has an exceptional attention to the guests, always aware of everything ir order to helping the guests. Next time in HK we'll definetly stay at Shangri-La. Pe

The room's interior was well-decorated with a big nice window but there is no view of the harbor though. There is also a mall beside the hotel so it is very convenient to buy what you need.

I'm really impressed by the services provided by the hotel staffs during my 4 nights stay at Butterfly on Hollywood. I love 'Hollywood' themed rooms & walkways & I've always looked forward to coming back to my hotel after a long hustling day out in the city. it's quite pricey, but we got a good deal. But nothing beats it's location. Room is quite large for HK standard. Staff were very helpful - The bathroom is excellent and the bed is very comfortable. What amaze me is we can surf internet using their free wifi and 42" LCD TV.

First I give the highest appreciation to the staff who are always helping guests, ranging from bringing my suitcase, redirect me to the check-in that is available, open lifts, explaining directions to points of interest, and find me a cab. As an Indonesian, I love to meet "Budi" who can explain me something in my mother language.
Secondly, I booked a superior king room and placed in room number 1006. Room is spacious, overlooking the Leighton street , very clean and well maintained.

De förstod och pratade engelska bra. Servicenivån var mycket hög.Restaurangen erbjöd mycket bra mat till rimliga priser. Frukostbuffénbestod av god och bra mat som mättade hela dagen. Man fick dagenstidning varje morgon. Shuttelbus från hotellet var ett bekvämt sätt attta sig till centrum. Fri internetuppkoppling bra. Dataservicen på vån 17var bra!
