We stayed for single nights at the beginning and end of a trip to SE Asia. On each check in, we requested and were given late checkouts to accommodate our onward flights. The room was clean and comfortable. One complaint we had at this hotel and throughout our trip was the inability to get simple foam pillows for our allergies to down. The breakfast was very good with a larger than normal selection of all types of quality foods. I used the hot tub spa which was a welcome therapy to help rec

The room's interior was well-decorated with a big nice window but there is no view of the harbor though. There is also a mall beside the hotel so it is very convenient to buy what you need.

We had a wonderful stay the the Langham! The staff are amazing, the hotel and facilities the best we have stayed in. A great location as well. The splendour of the hotel - it was beautiful. Everything from the grand entrance & foyer to the sumptous breakfasts with incredible range of choices. The best hotel I have ever stayed in - bar none!!

On arrival we were greeted by extremely helpful and efficient staff. We were upgraded to the 17th floor with amazing views of Victoria Harbour. Our room was luxurious, with a very comfortable bed and a well supplied bathroom. We had breakfast in the hotel and have never seen such a variety of food in a restaurant, just incredible The hotel is in a great location for shops and transport and we would certainly recommend to friends.

The staff was extremely quick in responding any request we had (such as bringing extra bottle of water, extra set of toiletries, booking a restaurant, etc..). Literally like one minute after I hung up the phone - I am certainly impressed. This is even faster compared to Grand Hyatt or Mandarin Oriental in HK. Definitely worth a praise.

Ett topp hotel mycket bra service. - Fantastic service, luxurious, everything was wonderfu - Zeffirino restaurant on the 31st floor, which interestingly the staff don't actively recommend, is great, not too pricy! The hotel is great value for money being on the Island.

I loved the view from my habourview room, from the Sky Lounge and the rooftop pool terrace! The hotel really has a perfect location. I also liked the room itself which was very big, clean and nice. I also appreciated the friendlyness and good English of the staff and the quick check-in and check-out. All in all, I enjoyed my stay very much. -

Staff were friendly, check in efficient. Room was a good size, very comfortable bed and fabulous bathroom. Toiletries were of a good standard and free minibar items a bonus, although not as good brands as those in the free minibar of another (cheaper) hotel we had stayed in the night before in HK. Food in the restaurants was expensive but we had a lovely meal in the Chinese restaurant, which has an incredible view over the city, and the breakfast was also very good, so worth the splurge.
