The room I stayed in was clean and very nicely appointed. The location is in a quiet residential area and is convenient to the U-Bahn. Everything. Room was very large and clean and the staffs were extremly helpful. The location can be thought a bit distant from the city center, but it took no more than 10 minutes to the center by metro and the Thalkirchen station was very near the hotel(only 5 min walk from the hotel) -

Rooms were clean, comfortable, newly decorated and quite nice. 3 drinks on the minibar were free. Location is 15 min with subway to the center (Marienplatz). The metro station is only 200 m from the hotel. There is also a supermarket very nearby if you need anything. Front desk was welcoming, warm, efficient and helpful. -

Front counter staff were really nice and provided good info on the bus and trains. - There was a few english channels and a good movie channel always in english. the room was a really good size and the bed was good.

Beds were very comfortable. Separate shower and toilet areas with sinks in each were great. Free bottle of water and nice fridge were pluses. The free fitness center had lots of space and equipment. Lots of available parking.
