  Everyone was wonderful, in all aspects from check in to check out. The concierge prepared an itinerary for the rest of our trip that was most impressive. I highly recommend this hotel and staff. I would definitely stay here again. - Excellent service

  Excellent hotel – small, quiet, clean and useful. Very friendly staff, including Bosnian lady at the breakfast room. Regular twin rooms are a bit small, but the “comfort” room was just great! The hotel features free parking place and internet access.   This hotel was great, excellent location near the S-Bahn station and near the MarienPlatz you can walk everywhere. Lots of restaurants near by (walking distance). The rooms were very nice and the bathrooms were extremely clean and spacious. Staff super friendly and helpful.   Truly excellent - super nice reception and very thoughful overall; they even left a bookmark inside my book - now that had never happened before. Also the minibar softdrinks are free, the alcoholic drinks are supermarket prices and the wifi is free.   The service was outstanding. It was like having our own personal trip planner for a day in Munich. The breakfast was amazing -- the best we had in Europe. Fresh squeezed orange juice and a huge assortment of quality foods. Location is very convenient to the autobahn and plenty of parking. Hotel room was spacious, new, clean, comfortable, - Staff was extremely friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make sure that we had what we needed for breakfast. It was great that breakfast was included and it was a fantastic buffet to choose from. We had plenty of room in the quad room for the three of us. I highly recommend this hotel. The best comfort that we have stayed at so far.

  The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Especially, they allowed us early check-in, as we arrived at the hotel around 8:00 am. The hotel is located next to the Main Train Station, the gathering site of tours, about 15 minutes to the tourism areas, 30 minutes to the centre of downtown. The hotel was newly replenished. The rooms were gorgeous and very clean in a timely fashion. Everything you needed (ex. an umbrella on a rainy day or dry cleaning) was available without a second thought. The breakfast buffet was exquisite, something you have to see to believe. And the location is unbeatable, just steps from Munich's central Hauptbanhof train station. I will definitely stay here again!
