  We really enjoyed the location in Schwabing a safe and upscale neighborhood just north of downtown Munich. By U-Bahn you're only 6-8 minutes away from all the sights to see. Not only that, you can always enjoy the shopping and nightlife offered along Leopolds Strasse right in Schwabing. You feel like you have a lot of room to stretch out and its in a quiet and quaint part of town too. Also the staf - I recommend this hotel strongly. Having traveled extensively for work and pleasure, I can confidently say that Hotel Biederstein, though simple, is a wonderful place. Great staff who made us feel very welcome. All of the staff made sure that we were most comfortable, helped us with our logistical questions, and ensured that we had the best possible experience. Breakfast was absolutely wonderful. They even upgraded us to a suite, simple as it is, with great views and outside space.

  We were made to feel welcome from our check in to our last good bye. It was wonderful to get to know the owners who were present days and evenings, and everyone of the staff was efficient and sincere. Jobst gave us wonderful tips and even came out to say goodbye to us early since he wouldn't be there when we checked out. Location was wonderful ... vad folk säger » for walking and touring. We loved the wooden floor, live flowers with elegant decor. They had prepared a baby bed for us, this was surprise and every their consideration to any guests including small children is marvelous. We never felt timid with a child. As other reviews, breakfast was very fresh and we think the BEST we ever had at the hotel. It was nice, too that there was a tub at the shower space.
