  Location, quality of room, breakfast spread. Staff is very polite and friendly. This was my 2nd visit to Munich and 2nd stay at Regent as well. Front counter staff were really nice and provided good info on the bus and trains. - There was a few english channels and a good movie channel always in english. the room was a really good size and the bed was good.

  Mycket bra and trevligt hotell, rent och välstädat. Trevlig personal - The entire hotel is very clean and very comfortable. All rooms have queen size bed. Shower is spacious.   The closeness to the subway stop was amazing, this was the key for us as we prefer to stay just out side of the city centre to save money but being so near to transit it was easy to get anywhere in the city. The lobby bar was nice, I used the free wifi nightly. The beds here are amazing as well as the pillows and comforter, I was very impressed. T... vad folk säger » he staff were very helpful, I had to leave one night early and they refunded the cost of that night to my cc, I truly appreciated that. - Right beside U-Bahn station then four stops or so into the centre - no hassle at all. Hotel is typical minimalist Ibis, clean and functional. This is great value for Munich which can be expensive to find decent accomodation in. Apart from wi-fi access not much to complain about at this price, and I would happily stay again.
