The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Especially, they allowed us early check-in, as we arrived at the hotel around 8:00 am. The hotel is located next to the Main Train Station, the gathering site of tours, about 15 minutes to the tourism areas, 30 minutes to the centre of downtown. The hotel was newly replenished. Incredibly kind, attentive and friendly staff. The rooms were gorgeous and very clean in a timely fashion. Everything you needed (ex. an umbrella on a rainy day or dry cleaning) was available without a second thought. The breakfast buffet was exquisite, something you have to see to believe. And the location is unbeatable, just steps from Munich's central Hauptbanhof train station. I will definitely stay here again!

I liked the large shower and space in the bathroom. It was very nice to have the coffee/tea making facility in the room and modern TV. Everything. Room was very large and clean and the staffs were extremly helpful. The location can be thought a bit distant from the city center, but it took no more than 10 minutes to the center by metro and the Thalkirchen station was very near the hotel(only 5 min walk from the hotel) -

Mycket bra and trevligt hotell, rent och välstädat. Trevlig personal - The entire hotel is very clean and very comfortable. All rooms have queen size bed. Shower is spacious. Breakfast is great and children ate free. Staff are very friendly. - Excellent value--this hotel chain would be my first choice when traveling with my family.
