  Everyone was wonderful, in all aspects from check in to check out. The concierge prepared an itinerary for the rest of our trip that was most impressive. I highly recommend this hotel and staff. I would definitely stay here again. - Excellent service

  The staff was very helpful and more than willing to make your stay in Munich enjoyable. We arrived very early in the morning; however, Sebastian was more than willing to help us find a bike tour of Munich and we were able to purchase a one-day tram pass at the hotel (the tram station is within 2 blocks of the hotel and the best way to get into dow... vad folk säger » ntown Munich). - Lovely historical building in quite location close to palace, close proximity to bus and trams and shops. The best, friendliest, helpful and knowledgeable staff of all hotels we have stayed in, clean room, free hotel pc internet, great breakfast, free carparking.

  Hotel was lovely, the staff were great the room was a good size. It has an old world feel to it. Good location. It is a five minute walk to the main christmas Market, and the subway is right outside of the hotel. - The standard of 5 stars was strictly respected

  The receptionist was very nice and helpful. The room is clean and well equipped.The nearby S-bahn train station is under construction, so it's better and more convenient to take tram to the hotel. (From the main station you could take no. 16 and 17 which will stop just in front of the hotel. And the trams could take you to many tourist spots in Mu... vad folk säger » nich, very convenient!) Supermarket nearby, will definitely stay here again! - The apartment was great; clean, beds were comfy and since we stayed in an apartment we didn't have to worry about the cleaning lady coming to bother us. Free Wi-Fi, just called down and got the codes for our boys to use on their ipod and phone. The tram was right across the street which helped so much. And with the hot temps while we were there, the A/C came in handy. We would stay here again.

  Mycket bra and trevligt hotell, rent och välstädat. Trevlig personal - The entire hotel is very clean and very comfortable. All rooms have queen size bed. Shower is spacious. Breakfast is great and children ate free. Staff are very friendly. - Excellent value--this hotel chain would be my first choice when traveling with my family.

  At all points the staff members were courteous, cheerful and helpful. The room was ideal for our needs. When we thought we had lost an item, the staff took extra care to look for it and keep us informed (we found it later packed in a different case).
